This Shipping Policy applies to orders placed through The Paint Loft, operated by The Paint Loft Inc. ("The Paint Loft," "we," "us," or "our").

Where We Ship

We ship to addresses within the United States. We do not currently ship internationally.

Shipping Rates

Shipping is free on US orders over $99. Shipping charges for orders under $99 are calculated and displayed at checkout.

Order Confirmation & Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

Local Pickup

In-store pickup is available at our South Riding (Chantilly) and Leesburg locations. You will be notified when your order is ready for pickup.

Lost or Damaged Shipments
